This mentorship is designed to train you for such positions and the interviews of such positions.

At this seniority level, courses don't work and cohorts don't cut it because you need guidance that's highly relevant based on your goals.

We do discovery calls in the beginning to understand your strengths and weaknesses and accordingly create a plan for you.

This 1:1 Private mentorship has 2 private sessions per week along with coursework, assignments etc. In the private sessions, we work on solving real world system design problems.

Program is only meant for people with atleast 10 years of engineering experience and engineers that are serious about getting a leadership position. There is a direct ROI that you receive from this mentorship because you can expect skill development for a 3-4X pay grade rise.
